The purpose of this paper is to prove a general fixed point theorem by altering distance for two owc pairs hybrid mappings and to reduce the study of fixed points of pairs of mappings satisfying a contractive condition of integral type at the study of fixed point in metric spaces by altering distances satisfying an implicit relation, which generalize some results from [1], [6], [9], [21], [27] and other papers. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 54H25, 47H10.
